Delivery time and method of delivery:

We will deliver the products by Sagawa Express within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays) after receiving your order. However, please note that delivery may be delayed if there is a large volume of orders or around consecutive holidays.

If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please do so within 4 to 14 days from the time of your order.

Returns, exchanges, defective products, and cancellations:

Returns at our responsibility

We will accept returns and exchanges of products purchased from our online store that are our responsibility, such as defective products or wrongly shipped items, at our expense.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

Returns for customer reasons

In the case of an exchange or return at the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs, handling charges for cash on delivery (COD), and bank transfer charges for refunds after payment has been made.

In the event of a refund, the difference will be refunded after subtracting the above amount from the product price.

Most good customers will not be affected by this, but there have been cases of damage caused by some customers refusing to accept delivery of merchandise.

If you refuse to receive the merchandise, you will be charged the “delivery fee, COD fee, and return administration fee”. If a customer refuses to receive the merchandise, the store will be charged for the cost of packing materials, labor costs, etc., in addition to the shipping and COD fees.

Therefore, we may take legal action against customers who repeatedly refuse to receive COD shipments without a valid reason, if we cannot contact them, or if we deem their behavior to be malicious.
